1. For metallized BOPP film, its major raw material is plastic film and just a layer of alumimum is metallized on BOPP film. For alumimum foil, it is a kind of metal.
2. The barrier function of aluminum foil is a lot better than metallized BOPP film. Therefore, aluminum foil is commonly used for making moisture-proof packaging bags.
3. From the appearance, metallized BOPP film has very good light-reflecting effect. However, alumimum foil looks silver white or sliver gray.
4. Metallized BOPP film is a lot lower in price than alumimum foil.
