Application: According to the application scenario and the existence of infectious diseases, determine whether patients and nursing staff use masks with a certain protection level.
 

Types of masks: Masks are mainly divided into surgical masks and N95 masks. They have different functions, standards and goals. The important thing to remember is that surgical masks can only prevent infectious agents that can be transmitted through "droplets", while protective masks or respirators can also prevent inhalation of infection sources that can be transmitted through "airborne" routes.

Protection level: Each type of mask is subject to different standards and regulations in different countries. Among these standards, there are different test standards to determine the degree of protection.
 

Disposable or reusable: surgical masks and N95 masks can only be used once. However, N95 masks can be used repeatedly with a filter.
